SULIT TRAVELLER TRAVEL AND TOURS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
•Land Arrangement is on a BOOK AND BUY BASIS. No room space reserved.
•Ticket NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-REROUTEABLE/NON TRANSFERRABLE.
•Itinerary may change due to local weather condition or any other unavoidable circumstances.
•Surcharge may apply on peak season dates, rush bookings, foreign passport holder and late arrival or early departure.
•Dollar Exchange rate depends on the Airline Rate on date of actual finalization or payment.
•Cash payment only. If check payment, booking will be finalize upon clearing of check. For credit card payments, 3.5% charge will apply.
•Subject to penalties for re-booking at least 72 hours prior to departure.
•Minor passengers below 12 years old must be accompanied with parents, either mother or father. Otherwise, guardian must secure clearance from DSWD.
•Government employees must secure a Travel Authority from their respective department heads before travelling outside the country.
•Kindly check your email for any notification from the a irline or travel agency for any changes. Proper dress code must be observed upon check in. No slippers, sando, or any indecent attire.
•Passenger guarantees that the names in the above booking are correct and same spelling with the passports/valid I.D.
•Passenger is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas and permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination or transit.
•Passenger guarantees that the passports are valid 6 months upon departure and arrival and is not tampered or damaged.
•Passenger shall be fully responsible to check the validity of his/her own travel documents.
•Passenger must shoulder any charges/damages caused by invalid/expired travel document.
•Immigration/Airport Personnel has the right to subject passenger to questioning or interview upon exit. Travel Agency will not be liable for any immigration decision to not allow passenger to depart due to any circumstances.
•Disclose Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso, Per Person basis and subject to change without prior notice.
•Child Rate is subject to request. (07 years old and above is considered adult).
•All bookings are subject to advance reservation and room space availability at the point of booking.
•Hotel Standard Check in time is at 1400h and standard check out time is 1200h.
•Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400h. Late checkouts will automatic charge one (1) night.
•All room categories (bed configuration) are subject to availability upon check-in.
•All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis.
•The package is applicable for local residents only.
•All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge which depends on their nationality (TBA by the hotel).
•No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.
•Failure to pay by the dateline set on our official confirmation will result in AUTO-RELEASE of all confirmed services. Any reinstatement of booking will be subject to package availability.
•Please remind the guests that they should be in the lobby on time for the city tour/ departure airport transfer pick up. We will not be held liable if they fail to catch the seat in coach arrangement resulting to an unnecessary incident.
•Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking.
•No refund will be extended for any unused services.
•In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control and Sulit Traveller Travel and Tours will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort and other suppliers.
